Welcome to Posh Support Services. These Terms and Conditions outline the basis on which we provide our cleaning, security, hospitality, concierge, and other outsourced staffing services across the UK. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by the terms below, designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professional conduct at all times.

1. Service Agreement

All services are governed by a written Service Agreement or Contract. This document outlines the scope of work, service frequency, staffing requirements, and agreed pricing. Services do not commence until both parties have signed the agreement.

2. Service Delivery

Posh Support Services commits to providing trained, uniformed, and vetted staff for every assignment. We reserve the right to make personnel substitutions when necessary, but will ensure all replacements meet the agreed service standards.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide a safe working environment, clear access to facilities, and accurate information for site inductions. Clients are also responsible for informing us promptly of any operational changes that may impact service delivery.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are issued monthly in arrears and are payable within 30 days. Late payments may incur interest charges by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Planned cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice in writing..

  • Long-term amendments to service schedules or staffing levels must be confirmed in writing and may require a revised agreement.

6. Liability & Insurance

Posh Support Services holds full public liability, employer’s liability, and professional indemnity insurance. We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from false information, misuse of property, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination of Services

Both parties may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Immediate termination may apply in cases of breach, misuse, or failure to comply with these terms.

8. Compliance & Confidentiality

We adhere to all applicable UK employment laws, SIA regulations, and GDPR standards. Any client information shared with us remains strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of service delivery.
