The Challenge

The property management company faced a tough situation when they took on new blocks in South Norwood. The site was in dire need of a deep clean, and there was no time to waste.

They reached out to us on a Friday, giving us the full brief and explaining the urgency of the task. They needed us to jump into action and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Our Resolution

At Posh Posh Support Services, we always provide personalised cleaning services tailored to each site. After receiving an urgent request from the Property Manager on Friday, we committed to surveying the site on Saturday. We conducted a risk assessment, and then sent a quote, needing only the access code to proceed.

On Saturday, our site supervisor assessed the blocks and developed a cleaning plan. By Monday morning, we submitted an intervention plan, cleaning schedule, and pricing for a deep clean and for regular cleaning. The property manager approved and signed the contract on the same day.

On Tuesday, our team completed a thorough deep clean of the communal areas, grounds, and car park. We sent the property manager proof of service with photos and we placed a timesheet on site to be complete after each visit with photos taken at each visit.

This case study showcases our ability to deliver quick, high-quality solutions in urgent situations. By addressing the needs of the site efficiently, we exceeded client expectations.
